Behavior Analyst-(Full or Part Time Positions Currently Available)
Opportunity to start working with a flexible schedule in the clients home/community (Full Time manageable caseload of 10-12 clients or Part Time) .
Progress ABA is currently hiring a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Progress ABA provides ABA consultation and therapy services in the to children with autism in the Northern Atlanta Metro Area.
Our office is in Alpharetta but we also serve clients in nearby cities such as Roswell, Cumming, Marietta, Canton, and Johns Creek.
Job Description:
This is a full-time or part time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Progress ABA. Provide clinical oversite over treatment teams for children/adolescents with autism. Develops individualized skill acquisition/behavior programs, conduct skill and behavioral assessments, write evaluation reports/treatment plan/behavior intervention plan, train/ mentor/ supervise behavior technicians, provides parent training, and sometimes conduct direct therapy services. Some work can be done remotely.
Compensation/Benefits:
$65.00 – $85.00 per hour depending on qualifications. A yearly salary is negotiable

Requirements:
- Minimum Masters Degree
- Must hold active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D)
-Must be caring, positive, energetic, flexible, and motivated
- Must be independent, take initiative, organized, and effectively communicate
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Pass a criminal background check
- Commit to working for at least one year
- Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required
-Must be available to work between the hours of 2pm to 6pm.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related fields
- Current CPR/First Aid certified

Progress ABA is currently hiring a Behavior Technician. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with children with Autism and related Developmental Disabilities. Progress ABA provides ABA consultation and therapy services in the to children with autism in the Northern Atlanta Metro Area.
We are seeking someone to work 20-30 hours per week in Alpharetta, Roswell, and Dunwoody Georgia.
Description:
ABA stands for Applied Behavioral Analysis. This is a type of therapy that assists the child in overcoming the deficits produced by autism. Therapy takes place in the child’s home, school, and community. The ABA treatment plan is designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). 95-125 hours of paid training will be provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and supervision for Independent Field Work is available for those seeking to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Duties:
- Provide one on one therapy to children. Implement instructional and behavioral programs and observe/record behavior
- Implement the treatment plan as directed by the BCBA.
-Receive regular supervision from a BCBA
- Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication
Compensation/Benefits:
$19.00 – $28.00 per hour depending on qualifications

-Must be available to work between the hours of 2pm to 6pm.
-Available to work 2-3 Saturdays a month.
-Proof of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Medicaid Regulation Requirement

-Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
-1 year of experience working with children with Autism/Developmental Disabilities
-Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields
- Current CPR/First Aid certified
